When will I be charged? We will charge your payment method once your order is placed.
Which payment methods are accepted? Xydshoes.com accepts most major credit and debit cards, including PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. Please note that we do not accept money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, or company checks. If we receive any personal checks or company checks, they will be returned to the sender. We do not accept cash payments.
We verify all billing information provided by our customers. Please enter your billing information correctly; otherwise, your order may be delayed from processing. At times we may also be required to speak to the cardholder, please ensure that the correct telephone/contact number is provided on the purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed.
Customs Fees & Taxes Customs fees are set by your country, and we have no control over them. We cannot benefit from them in any way. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or advancement fees accrued on a package.
How do I pay using PayPal? Log in to your xydshoes account as usual, and when you reach the checkout, you will be directed to PayPal, where you can log in to your PayPal account and complete the order.
Alternatively, you can utilize our guest checkout option. By using this method, you will only need to log in once, specifically into your PayPal account, without the need to access your xydshoes account separately.
Forgotten Your Password?: If you've forgotten your account password, no worries. Just click on the person icon in the top right corner of our website. Then, select 'Forgot Your Password?' Enter your email address and complete the captcha. Click 'RESET MY PASSWORD' to receive a password reset email. Once you've received it, click 'Set a New Password,' which will take you back to our website. You'll be prompted to create and save a new password, so you can enjoy your account again. If you don't receive the password reset email within a few minutes, please check your junk mail folder. Please note it's only valid for 24 hours. Change or Cancel an Order: If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please reach out to us with your order number. We'll check the order's status to determine if changes are possible. However, keep in mind that if the order is already in transit, changes may not be guaranteed. In such cases, you may need to follow our standard return process once the order is received. We operate with a no-quibbles return policy.
Haven’t Received a Confirmation Email: Please check your spam folder first, as confirmation emails can sometimes end up there. If it's not there, contact us with your order number, and we'll investigate further.
Order Cancellation: If you've placed an order but wish to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders move swiftly to our warehouse, and while we'll do our best to accommodate changes, we can't guarantee them once the order has been processed. In these cases, you might have to wait for the order's delivery and then follow our standard returns process. Rest assured, we have a no-quibbles returns policy. When you notify us of an order cancellation, any amount charged to your credit or debit card will be refunded within 14 days from the return date, provided the returned goods are in the same condition as when delivered. You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
