Our Return Policy

  1. Xydshoes.com offers a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. Please note that we do not provide free returns at this time, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  2. We reserve the right to request pictures, when applicable, to verify any claimed damages, manufacturer-defective items, or incorrect items sent.

  3. Return shipping costs will not be our responsibility if the package is returned to our facility due to multiple failed delivery attempts by the shipping carrier or if the customer refuses to accept the package.

  4. We will take full responsibility for direct manufacturer product defects or if the wrong product was sent to the customer. In such cases, return shipping costs will be reimbursed.

  5. Items must be returned with their original packaging and in the original condition. Any items returned to us without the original packaging or in poor condition will be refused and sent back to the sender. We do not accept items that have been worn or used. Any indications of product usage, such as perfume odors, deodorant marks, or soiled soles, will result in refusal, and the items will be returned to the sender. No exceptions will be made.

Return Procedure

  1. If you need to return your package to us for any reason, please initiate the process by sending an email to support@xydshoes.com. In the email, include the following information: 1/ order number, 2/ items you wish to return, and 3/ the reason for the return.

  2. Once your return request has been approved, the return address will be provided via email at support@xydshoes.com. Please write your order number on a piece of white paper and place it inside the shipping package.

  3. Keep the receipt or proof of postage from your local post office and email us the tracking number.

International Orders Outside the United States We do not provide coverage for destination country taxes and duty charges, if applicable. Prior to placing an order, please check for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and additional fees imposed by your country. Xydshoes.com will not assume responsibility for any customs tax, duties, or fees. To ensure successful package delivery, please ensure the correct recipient's full name and shipping address is provided. We will not be held responsible if delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect shipping information.

In the event of any of the following circumstances:

  1. The customer refuses to accept the package.
  2. No delivery attempt is made in the destination country.
  3. No transit or delivery updates are provided.

Xydshoes.com reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be liable for any refunds or compensation. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will assist in resolving the issue to the best of our ability, but we will not be held responsible for delays or losses incurred due to the shipping carrier. If a package is returned to us by the shipping carrier, we will follow our return policy as outlined above (see "Return Policy" above).

What should I do if I change my mind about the purchase? If you've placed an order and later decide to change or cancel it, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will need to check the status of your order to determine if changes are feasible, as it may already be in transit. Please contact us with your order number, and while we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes, especially if the order has been processed. In such cases, you may need to wait until you receive the order and then follow the standard returns procedure. Please ensure that the items you return are in the same condition as when they were delivered to you. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

How can I exchange an item?

How long will it take to process my refund? We aim to process your refund within 3 working days from the date we receive your return parcel.

How will my refunds be credited? All refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Can I return multiple orders in a single parcel? Absolutely, but please ensure that the appropriate paperwork for each order is included in your returns parcel. It would be greatly appreciated if each order could be separated, making it clear which items belong to each order.

How can I track my return? When returning your parcel, make sure to obtain a receipt and tracking code for your parcel online (via the carrier's website). We will send you an email as soon as your return has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days from the date of posting.
